Our contract clearly states that, if your vet says OGK9 is responsible for your dog/ puppy's health problems, we owe you a replacement or your money back.

 This contract is for the purchase of 1 full AKC registered malinois puppy.

The buyer has agreed to make a deposit of $ 500.00 U.S. to secure a puppy of their choosing from an available litter or future litter. Buyer is required to pay in full before the puppy will be delivered or scheduled for delivery. Full price of the puppy is $3000 unless noted. Weather conditions may interfere with deliveries based on flight requirements, this is no fault of either party and will be negotiated by both parties. If the buyer fails to pay in full before the puppy is ready for delivery or exceeds 10 weeks of age all buyer's money will be forfeited. These terms may be negotiated, but will be written and signed by both seller and buyer in advance and notarized. All health inspections/ certifications necessary before releasing said puppy are the seller’s responsibility. All necessary provisions such as crate, freight, fuel, flight reservations, etc. or door to door delivery are the buyer's responsibility and will be paid in full in advance and will be described, signed and notarized by both parties.

For said puppy to receive a health guarantee for the life of the dog purchased, the buyer must take it to a licensed veterinarian of their choosing, qualified for doing x-rays. The licensed veterinarian must sign this contract noting he/she is aware of the contract. A copy signed by licensed veterinarian must be sent back to the seller. Another licensed veterinarian may be chosen at any time by the buyer, but all health records will need to be kept accessible if guarantee needs to be used. The puppy must receive 2 vet visits per year and maintain all requirements of their chosen vet EXCEPT spay or neuter. If the dog is spayed or neutered before 2 years of age this contract is voided in full. Dogs must have x-rays/certs. done after the age of 2 years not exceeding 3 years of age. If the purchaser's chosen veterinarian deems said dog to have any genetic issue, due to fault of the breeder, the buyer will keep said dog then be neutered or spayed and full AKC registration be removed and placed on limited AKC registration. Purchaser then is to receive another puppy from a future breeding making them a first priority. If this cannot be met by the seller, they will receive full payment of the price of the puppy.

It is the belief of OGK9 that this contract speaks volumes of what we breed/sell. It is our intention to continue to only add to the Belgian Malinois. We have supplied you with a sound puppy that is capable of many tasks and what you do from this day forward is up to you only restricted by your training, love, and investments. If you need help, please do not hesitate to ask. If you cannot keep your dog for any reason, we would like the opportunity to have it back or help place it in a new home. Thank you for your time and investment in us. We know there are many breeders and cheaper ones as well, but please don't be fooled by inferior breeders and jargon. Ask for it in writing.
